Job Description
Join our team as a Site Security Supervisor at a secure, professional site in Salisbury
💷 Pay & Hours
- 💷 £16.25 per hour
- ⏰ 4 on 4 off days and nights
- 📄 Full Time Permanent
🛡️ The Role
- 👥 Lead and support a team of Security Officers
- 🚨 Manage incidents and emergency responses
- 🚶 Conduct patrols and compliance checks
- 🖥️ Monitor CCTV and access control
- 📝 Complete reports and documentation
- 🤝 Liaise with site management and emergency services
Qualifications
- ✅ What You Need
- 🎫 Valid SIA Licence
- ⭐ Previous security supervisory experience
- 💬 Strong leadership and communication skills
- 💻 Good IT and report writing skills
- 🔄 Flexibility to work days and nights
- 🔐 Eligible for SC Clearance
- 🇬🇧 British citizen
- 📑 5 year checkable work history
