Job Description

Join our team as a Site Security Supervisor at a secure, professional site in Salisbury

πŸ’· Pay & Hours

  • πŸ’· Β£16.25 per hour
  • ⏰ 4 on 4 off days and nights
  • πŸ“„ Full Time Permanent

πŸ›‘οΈ The Role

  • πŸ‘₯ Lead and support a team of Security Officers
  • 🚨 Manage incidents and emergency responses
  • 🚢 Conduct patrols and compliance checks
  • πŸ–₯️ Monitor CCTV and access control
  • πŸ“ Complete reports and documentation
  • 🀝 Liaise with site management and emergency services

Qualifications

  • βœ… What You Need
    • 🎫 Valid SIA Licence
    • ⭐ Previous security supervisory experience
    • πŸ’¬ Strong leadership and communication skills
    • πŸ’» Good IT and report writing skills
    • πŸ”„ Flexibility to work days and nights
    • πŸ” Eligible for SC Clearance
    • πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ British citizen
    • πŸ“‘ 5 year checkable work history
