As Security Supervisor, you will ensure all security operations are delivered to the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, safety, and customer service.

The successful candidate will act as the primary on site point of contact for both the client and security team, supporting officer development, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers, visitors, tenants, contractors, and staff.

You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence, driving team performance, overseeing compliance requirements, and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies. Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills are essential.

A valid SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential, and CCTV experience or a CCTV licence is desirable.

Duties include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between management, the client, and Anchor Group Services
  • Monitor officer performance, attendance, compliance standards, and overall service delivery
  • Carry out return-to-work interviews and support employee welfare processes in line with company procedures
  • Conduct welfare visits and welfare meetings where required, ensuring officers receive appropriate support and guidance
  • Complete management reports, incident reports, investigation reports, and other site documentation to a high standard
  • Protect the client's property, people, and assets through the effective delivery of security services and compliance with all site procedures
  • Minimise loss, damage, and risk by identifying irregularities, addressing breaches of policy, and taking appropriate action
  • Lead and coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies, evacuations, alarms, and business continuity events
  • Ensure all escalation procedures are followed in accordance with company and client requirements
  • Support Control Room and CCTV operations, ensuring GDPR compliance and the accurate maintenance of records and documentation
  • Oversee key management, equipment control, and site security systems
  • Ensure health and safety inspections, patrols, and compliance checks are completed and recorded accurately
  • Identify, investigate, and report incidents, accidents, damage, defects, near misses, and security breaches promptly
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and challenging situations professionally, ensuring appropriate escalation where necessary
  • Work closely with the Contract Manager to maintain service excellence, drive continuous improvement, and build strong client relationships
  • Promote a safe, secure, professional, and welcoming environment at all times

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
