MAN Commercial Protection Job Opening

MAN Commercial Protection is seeking a retail Security Supervisor located in Clacton-on-Sea.

Shift Pattern

  • Monday-Friday day shift
  • 41 hours per week

Pay Rate

  • £14 per hour

Main Responsibilities

  • Keeping all security records up to date
  • Liaising with Site operations manager (Client)
  • Patrolling site and locking and unlocking site
  • Monitoring CCTV
  • Communicating with all site clients
  • Making decisions and working on own initiative
  • Scheduling rosters and holidays/sick and the day-to-day operations of a 5-man team
  • Dealing with all onsite training and upkeep of records
  • Maintaining health & safety on site
  • Recording vehicles on the ANPR system
  • Ensuring assignment instructions are followed & kept up to date
  • Ensuring all staff permits are completed & incident reports are completed
  • Downloading and recording of CCTV footage
  • All faults in the control room are reported and logged
  • Keyholders details are kept up to date per month
  • Site health & safety check list is completed daily
  • Dealing with complaints and investigations

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

  • A valid SG Licence / DS Licence and CCTV Licence is preferable
  • A full 5-year checkable work / education history
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance
  • Must be computer literate
