You'll oversee daily performance, support your officers, and ensure the highest standards of security are delivered to our clients. Your Role: Leadership That Makes a Difference

As a Security Supervisor, You Will

  • Lead by Example: Support, mentor, and guide your team of security officers to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold all policies, legal standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Stay Vigilant: Monitor and oversee duties as per the Assignment Instructions (AI's), ensuring full coverage and high performance.
  • Act Decisively: Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, escalating appropriately and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Drive Performance: Conduct welfare checks, support rostering needs, and assist in training and upskilling your team.
  • Support the Client: Liaise with client representatives, adapt to business needs, and maintain a strong on-site presence.

What You Bring To The Role

Essential:

  • A valid SIA License (Supervisory or Door Supervisor level).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Basic IT proficiency for reporting, incident logging, and shift handovers.
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends on a rotational pattern.

Desirable:

  • SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain it.
  • Prior experience as a Security Supervisor or Senior Security Officer.
  • Knowledge of risk assessments, audits, and health & safety procedures.
