The Opportunity
We are seeking a professional, proactive, and experienced Security Supervisor to lead our on-site security team and ensure the safety and security of our people, property, and assets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising security officers, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a background in security operations who is looking to progress their career within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise and support a team of Security Officers, ensuring duties are carried out effectively and professionally
- Monitor daily security operations and maintain high standards of performance
- Conduct regular patrols and site inspections
- Manage incident response, investigations, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, security policies, and site procedures
- Coordinate shift schedules, cover arrangements, and staff deployment
- Carry out staff inductions, training, and performance monitoring
- Liaise with clients, visitors, contractors, and emergency services as required
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and incident logs
- Promote a positive and customer-focused approach across the security team

Essential Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- A valid SIA Licence
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- A strong commitment to safety, security, and wellbeing
- Excellent observation and hazard-awareness skills
- A professional, punctual, and reliable approach
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- An intuitive and curious mindset
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- The resilience to work effectively within a busy operational environment
- A full UK Driving Licence is preferred
