We’re hiring a hands-on Security Systems Analyst to support a globally recognised brand, playing a key role in improving how physical security incidents are triaged, diagnosed, and resolved.
This is not a passive admin role. It’s a technical, ownership-driven position where you’ll take end-to-end responsibility for incidents — from initial ticket through to resolution — using your expertise in Lenel OnGuard and Milestone to drive faster fixes and reduce reliance on third-party engineers.
If you’re a Security Engineer who enjoys problem-solving, fault-finding, and making systems run better, this is a chance to step into a role where your impact will be immediate and visible and a perfect move for an experienced Physical Security Engineer/ Analyst.
Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own incidents end-to-end — from logging through to closure
- Triage and diagnose faults across physical security systems, infrastructure, and hardware
- Perform remote troubleshooting across Lenel OnGuard and Milestone environments
- Resolve issues in-house wherever possible, reducing external engineer dependency
- Coordinate third-party engineers with clear diagnostics and defined scope when required to ensure we minimise volume of call outs per ticket query
- Maintain accurate ticketing, documentation, and system data quality
- Support system administration (patching, upgrades, firmware, new site onboarding)
- Contribute to a global support model, including on-call as services expand

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
