Technical Delivery Manager (Cyber Security) | VP Level
Global Investment Bank | London | Hybrid Working
Salary: £120k + Benefits and bonus
A leading global investment bank is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to drive the successful delivery of strategic Cyber Security and Information Security initiatives across a complex international technology landscape.
This is a highly visible role, responsible for leading medium to large-scale security projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery against budget, timelines, governance requirements and business objectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders across technology, security and business functions, you will play a key role in strengthening the organisation's security capability and risk posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber security and information security projects.
- Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Provide clear governance, reporting and stakeholder communication at all levels.
- Drive delivery across global teams and third-party partners.
- Ensure successful execution of security change initiatives aligned to business and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Cyber Security or Information Security projects within a regulated environment, ideally financial services.
- Strong project or technical delivery management background with ownership of complex programmes.
- Solid understanding of security, risk and control frameworks.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Exposure to areas such as IAM, Third-Party Risk Management, GRC platforms, Technology Risk or Cyber Security Operations.
- Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent) desirable.
