Salary/Pay Rate: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour (based on experience) + annual bonus.
Location: Saint Peters, MO (412 South Church Street)

How You Will Make An Impact
- Install, program, and commission CCTV, access control, fire, and burglar security systems.
- Troubleshoot complex low-voltage wiring and system faults to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Configure basic to advanced IP network settings for integrated surveillance and security hardware.
- Collaborate with residential and commercial clients to explain system functions and deliver clear operation training.
- Execute clean installations by efficiently utilizing hand and power tools according to technical specifications.
- Maintain complete and accurate service records and installation documentation for every completed job.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in low-voltage wiring, electronics, or security system servicing.
- Basic knowledge of IP networking and network configuration.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and maneuver through tight spaces.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for regional projects.
- Must be comfortable with being up high and different heights.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Vocational degree, trade school training, or Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology.
- 5 or more years of hands-on experience installing security, access control, and fire systems.
- Active industry certifications such as NICET, UL, or ESA.
- Experience reading and interpreting complex electrical blueprints and system riser diagrams.
