Seeking a Volunteer

Seeking a volunteer to lead social media, support our blog, newsletter, and programs in reaching educators and parents. Collaborate with our comms team to plan content, craft platform-specific copy, and promote global discussions on children’s wellbeing in the Digital Age.

What Difference Will You Make?

Careful, well-researched ideas only matter if they reach people. As our Social Media Maestro, you will

  • Help build trust with school leaders and educators through LinkedIn, our primary channel for credibility and thought leadership.
  • Give parents and supporters an accessible, low-pressure way to engage with our work through Instagram.
  • Reinforce Power of Zero's reputation as a calm, credible voice in a conversation that is too often loud, alarmist, or polarising.
  • Support awareness of No Bully, Superpowers Classroom, and Digital Parenting, always through usefulness rather than promotion.
  • Help us advance our vision of a compassionate world with zero bullying, zero hate, and zero violence. That is the Power of Zero.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
