Job Title
We are seeking a conscientious and detail-oriented individual to fill a permanent full-time stair installer position at our custom stair and railing company located in Newmarket, ON. A great opportunity to learn and grow while working in some of the highest end custom homes in the GTA and surrounding areas.
Main Duties
- Installation of high-end wood stair systems alongside our head installer (including on-site stair assembly when required)
- Removal of existing stairs and/or railings
- Deliveries/pick-ups
- Occasional in-shop fabrication work

Job Details
- Days of Operation: Monday to Friday (8am – Approx. 4 – 5 pm)
- Shop Location: Newmarket near Mulock and Hwy 404
- Job Locations: GTA & Surrounding Areas
- Wages: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on previous experience)
Requirements
- High School Education
- Previous stair installation experience
- Finish carpentry/woodworking experience
- Ability to work with a partner
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs +)
- Personal hand tools (i.e., hammer, tape measure, chisel, etc.)
- Driver’s licence and clean abstract
