About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of an assigned product segment across Europe. You'll lead innovation from concept to launch, partnering with Research, Development and Engineering to bring new ideas to market and drive sustainable growth. Working across Marketing, Customer Marketing, Communications and Digital teams, you'll play a key role in influencing strategy, strengthening our portfolio and delivering impactful solutions that make a difference for customers across the region.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of the European segment strategy and growth plan.
- Lead the end-to-end innovation process, partnering with Research, Development and Engineering to bring new and enhanced products to market.
- Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis and business performance data.
- Develop compelling value propositions, product messaging and claims that drive customer engagement and business growth.
- Manage portfolio priorities, including lifecycle management, optimisation opportunities and margin improvement initiatives.
- Create strategic campaign briefs and activation toolkits that enable successful execution across European markets.
- Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to align commercial priorities and maximise market opportunities.
- Monitor segment performance and recommend actions to accelerate growth and strengthen market impact.
Experience you’ll bring
- Experience in innovation, product marketing, portfolio management or segment marketing, with the ability to turn customer and market insights into growth opportunities.
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, using data and insights to shape recommendations and drive business results.

- This role is based in the UK, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
- We do not provide domestic or international relocation for this role.
- You will be required to work from the office 5 days a week during the 90 days. After this, the arrangement will transition to 4 days in the office and one day working from home each week.*
