Installations Supervisor (National)
Location:
National
Duties
- Supervise modular accommodation installations across multiple project locations nationwide.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams from delivery through to commissioning and handover.
- Attend site meetings to review installation programmes and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and material deliveries.
- Manage and issue project documentation, including RAMS, Friday packs and compliance records.
- Maintain project trackers and provide weekly progress updates and forecasts.
- Manage transport bookings, plant requests, inspections and off-hire processes.
- Ensure installations are completed in accordance with approved layouts and specifications.
- Monitor health and safety compliance and complete Intelex reporting.
- Carry out site inspections, snagging reviews and sign-off procedures.

Experience/Skills Required
- Level 6 Construction Management (desirable).
- CSCS Black or Gold Card.
- IOSH.
- SSSTS or SMSTS.
- Strong supervisory and leadership experience.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Salesforce experience desirable.
- Ability to travel and work nationwide.
