Self-Employed Blinds Advisor

Are you looking for a flexible opportunity where you can work for yourself, manage your own diary and build your own local business?

We are recruiting Self-Employed Advisors on behalf of Hillarys, one of the UK's leading window furnishings businesses, with over 50 years' experience and a network of more than 1,200 Advisors across the UK.

You don't need previous blinds or curtains experience. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

What we are looking for is people comfortable with using tools like drills and good people skills.

About You:

  • A confident and approachable personality
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Motivated to build your own business
  • Professional and reliable
  • A full UK driving licence
  • No previous blinds or curtains experience required

The Opportunity:

You will visit customers in their homes, helping them choose the right blinds, curtains and window furnishings for their home.

You'll measure the requirements, advise customers on the available products and complete the sale. Once the products have been manufactured and delivered, you'll return to the customer's home to complete the installation.

The Investment:

There is a one-off investment of £2,995, with flexible payment options available to help spread the cost which is arranged upon booking training date/ first day.

This covers the training, sales and installation equipment, product samples, technology, branded materials and support required to get your business started.
