Self-Employed Enforcement Agent - covering the Bristol area

COMMISSION ONLY - Uncapped, realistic OTE £35K-£90K (after certification)

Full UK Driving Licence required and be willing to commute around Bristol

At Marston Holdings, we are growing our network of Self-Employed Enforcement Agents across the UK and are looking for motivated individuals from a range of backgrounds to join us. Whether you are looking for a career change or want to use your existing skills, we provide the training, support and opportunity to succeed. We provide access to regular work volumes, industry-leading support and a clear route to becoming a Certificated Enforcement Agent. Existing Certificated Enforcement Agents are also encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Self-Employed Enforcement Agent you will manage a local patch, conducting visits on behalf of clients to recover outstanding debts and achieve compliance with court orders. You will engage with members of the public, assess situations, negotiate payment solutions and ensure all activity is conducted professionally and within legislation.

  • Enforcement, collections or recovery services
  • Police, Military, Security or Prison Service
  • Field-based customer service or door-to-door sales roles
  • Retail and Hospitality Management
  • Self-employed trades or small business ownership
  • Logistics, vehicle recovery and other independent working environments

No previous experience needed as full training is provided - what matters most is your attitude, resilience and willingness to learn. Full training, mentoring and support is provided through our Enforcement Agent Development Programme - providing a clear pathway to becoming a certificated Enforcement Agent.

Training and support

  • Extensive City & Guilds accredited training and support through your certification including 'on' street field mentoring
  • Paid throughout your training
  • Mentoring and Support during and after Certification.
  • A self-employed field-based role with access to work volumes which make for a realistic OTE and uncapped commission opportunities
  • Latest Technology and BWV supplied
  • Access to software to help and improve performance in the field when enforcing - helping our agents to earn and increase commission opportunities
  • Use own Vehicle or Lease Vehicle options available (Diesel or Electric) - once certificated.

Weekly Pay

Successful candidates will need to pass the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB/DBS) check process and also hold a full UK Driving Licence
