Self-Employed Financial Adviser
Remote | Fully Independent | 80-90% Fee Share
The Opportunity
An established and growing fully independent financial planning business is looking for experienced Financial Advisers who want to build their own business with the backing of a substantial support infrastructure.
With 204 Advisers currently in the network and plans to grow to 250, you’ll have the freedom to set your own client fees and proposition, while benefiting from:
- 34 Paraplanners
- 9 Support professionals
- 11 Compliance professionals
- Dedicated marketing support
- Full paraplanning and administration
- Business consultancy and access to the owners
- A genuinely independent proposition

Commercial Structure
- 80% on revenue up to £150k
- 85% on revenue between £150k–£200k
- 90% on revenue above £200k
You’ll have the freedom to set your own client fees, with opportunities for entrepreneurial Advisers to work with the owners on business consulting and potentially build an AR structure with other Advisers.
About You
This opportunity would suit an experienced Financial Adviser who:

- Holds Level 4 financial planning qualifications
- Has an existing client bank or proven ability to develop one
- Wants greater independence and control over their business
- Is commercially minded and entrepreneurial
- Values strong paraplanning, compliance and administrative support
