Are you an experienced Financial Adviser looking for a self-employed partnership opportunity with a strong client base and full support infrastructure?
I am recruiting for a self-employed Financial Adviser to join an expanding team where you will have clients covering London and the Home Counties.
About the Firm
A directly authorised wealth management firm supporting numerous self-employed advisers nationwide. The head office provides centralised administration, paraplanning, and compliance support. Advisers benefit from a proven lead generation model and a growing referral network, while the business is actively expanding into wider markets with a dedicated Business Development Manager.

The Role
- Manage an established client bank with approximately £27 million in assets under management with recurring income of circa £270,000
- Provide holistic, whole-of-market financial advice including pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
- Build new business through a mix of company-generated leads, referrals, and self-sourced clients.
- Collaborate with a dedicated central team of paraplanners and administrators, allowing you to focus on client relationships and advice delivery.
- Enjoy flexible working arrangements with hybrid and home-based options and autonomy over your schedule.
Financial Package & Benefits
- Recurring income: 35% of 1% AUA, starting at around £95,000.
- New business splits: 50% on company-generated leads, 60% on self-generated business.
- Full access to pooled paraplanning and admin support from the head office.

Who We’re Looking For
- Level 4 qualified Financial Advisers with a track record of delivering ethical, holistic advice.
- Chartered or working towards Chartered status is highly desirable.
- Experienced advisers with strong client-facing skills and the ability to grow their business.
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial professionals looking for autonomy alongside robust central support.
