SELF-EMPLOYED WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY & INSTALLATION DRIVERS WANTED

ATA Sameday is growing, and we’re looking for reliable self-employed drivers to join our Heavy & Bulky White Glove Delivery & Installation team across the UK.

This is an active, customer-facing role involving the delivery of large household items, heavy lifting and assisting with installations as part of a 2-person team.

As a self-employed Driver / Installer, you’ll work as part of a flexible two-person crew, delivering directly to customers’ homes and providing a professional service from start to finish.

💰 Rates of Pay

  • Luton Van Tail Lift Owner Drivers – £186.50 per day

🚐 Van Owner Driver Benefits

  • 150 business miles included per route
  • Additional mileage paid at £0.25 per mile
  • Mileage calculated from depot → route → depot

📦 What You'll Be Delivering

You’ll be delivering and assisting with the installation of heavy and bulky household items, including:

  • Fridges
  • Washing machines
  • Tumble dryers
  • Dishwashers
  • Sofas
  • TVs
  • Built-in appliances
  • Other large household items

✅ Requirements

  • Full UK or EU driving licence (maximum 6 points)
  • Ability to pass the required background checks
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Willingness to work as part of a 2-person team
  • All applicants must complete an installation skills assessment
