Maintenance Contractor/Handyman
We're seeking a skilled and dependable maintenance contractor/handyman to join our team on a self-employed basis, you will carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties throughout the Shropshire area.
This flexible, self-employed role is ideal for someone who values quality workmanship, takes initiative, and works with pride. If you're experienced, self-motivated, and looking for consistent work, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role:
As a contractor, you'll carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair jobs including (but not limited to):
- General repairs
- Painting & decorating
- Basic plumbing & electrics
- Flat pack furniture assembly
- Garden maintenance
- Property upkeep

What We're Looking For:
- Proven handyman/maintenance experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Own tools and transport
- Public liability insurance
- Friendly, professional, and punctual
- Able to work independently and manage your own time
- Enhanced DBS Compliance (funded by company)
