You will be:

  • Providing high-quality, compliant mortgage advice
  • Using world-class CRM for all caseload management
  • Managing a steady flow of introduced cases
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience from enquiry to completion
  • Undertaking relevant administration and compliance and promoting the business to the best of your ability at all times.

Experience needed:

  • CMAP or similar FCA qualification
  • Resilient, driven, and proactive
  • Naturally client-centred with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your cases
  • Committed to accuracy, compliance, and high professional standards

Self-Employed Earnings Structure is highly competitive with 50% commission on all introduced cases and 70% for self-sourced cases, a salary retainer is available for 3 – 6 months. Employed model available with standard basic salary and reduced commission.

*Please note that this is a role where you can be office-based or remote but you will need to live within two hours of the office in Gloucestershire.
