About The Job
Are you an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser looking to spend more time writing business and less time dealing with administration, lead generation and marketing?
This opportunity is with an established Appointed Representative of HL Partnership, giving you access to a strong support structure designed to help you grow your business.
The role is fully remote and offers the flexibility to work in a way that suits you, while benefiting from lead support, marketing expertise, business coaching, ongoing development and modern technology.
It is an ideal opportunity for an adviser who wants greater autonomy without having to build every aspect of their business alone.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser who is commercially focused, highly organised and committed to delivering positive client outcomes.
You Will Ideally Have
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a Mortgage Adviser in the UK
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent
- Competent Adviser Status
- Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and lender criteria
- A proactive and results-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases
- Confidence using mortgage sourcing systems and CRM platforms
- A genuine commitment to providing high-quality client outcomes
