About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join an established and growing Appointed Representative of HLPartnership.

This role is ideal for an adviser who enjoys building strong client relationships, generating their own business and wants the flexibility and earning potential that comes with a self-employed model.

  • You will have the opportunity to build and develop your own client bank, while benefiting from additional top-up leads and client opportunities generated through the existing business.
  • With full administration and case management support, you can spend more of your time focusing on advising clients, writing business and developing long-term relationships.
  • You will advise across Mortgages, Protection and General Insurance, giving you the opportunity to support a broad range of client needs and maximise the value of each client relationship.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser who is commercially driven, client-focused and confident in developing new business.

You Will Ideally Have

  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent
  • CAS status in Mortgages and Protection
  • Experience providing mortgage and protection advice
  • Confidence in self-generating new business
  • A strong commercial mindset and motivation to grow your income
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work independently within a self-employed environment
  • A clear focus on delivering positive client outcomes
