First-Year OTE: £30,000 – £80,000
OPEN2 Finance is looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team on a self-employed basis.
This opportunity would particularly suit an existing employed adviser looking to make the move into self-employment, while retaining access to leads, technology, training and ongoing support.
The Package
- First-year OTE of £30,000 – £80,000
- 80% commission split on self-generated business
- 50% commission split on OPEN2 Finance-provided leads

The Role
You will provide mortgage and protection advice to both self-generated clients and clients introduced by OPEN2 Finance.
You will be responsible for managing your clients throughout the advice process, maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities across both mortgage and protection business.
As a self-employed adviser, you will have the freedom to develop your own business while operating under the OPEN2 Finance brand and benefiting from the infrastructure and support of the wider business.

The successful applicant should:
- Be a qualified Mortgage Adviser
- Have previous mortgage advice experience
- Be confident discussing and advising on protection
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Be motivated to generate and develop their own business
- Be comfortable working on a self-employed basis
- Be ambitious and commercially driven
- Work well as part of a team
Working Arrangements
This is a remote, self-employed position, offering flexibility around how you structure and manage your working week.
