About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join a growing team in a fully remote, self-employed capacity.

This opportunity is ideal for an adviser with at least two years’ experience in the UK mortgage market who is looking for greater flexibility, autonomy, and earning potential.

Pre-booked, qualified appointments are provided, allowing you to spend more of your time advising clients and converting business rather than sourcing leads.

The role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, with no monthly fees or upfront costs.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing high-quality mortgage and protection advice and managing client relationships throughout the advice process.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Providing mortgage and protection advice tailored to individual client needs
  • Advising across residential and buy-to-let mortgages, with the option to work in specialist lending
  • Sourcing suitable products from a broad panel of lenders
  • Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Maintaining appropriate standards of compliance with FCA requirements
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and introducers
  • Delivering a professional and client-focused service

About You

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser who is self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.

You Will Ideally Have

  • A minimum of two years’ experience as a UK Mortgage Adviser
  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent
  • Competent Adviser Status
  • Strong mortgage and protection product knowledge
  • Experience within the whole-of-market mortgage sector preferred
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Strong organisation and case management skills
  • A professional and commercially focused approach
