As a Self-Employed Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you'll have the freedom to build and grow your own client bank while benefiting from the support, systems, reputation, and infrastructure of Eminent Financial Services.

You'll generate business through:

  • Your existing personal and professional network
  • Local community relationships
  • Professional introducers including Accountants, Solicitors, and Estate Agents
  • Referral and networking opportunities

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and maintaining relationships with professional introducers
  • Generating new business through networking and referrals
  • Advising clients on Residential Mortgages, Remortgages, Buy-to-Let Mortgages
  • Delivering tailored Protection solutions
  • Maintaining accurate client records using our CRM platform
  • Ensuring FCA and MCOB compliance at all times
  • Participating in team meetings, workshops, and ongoing development programmes
  • Building a profitable and sustainable advice business

About You

We're looking for individuals who are:

  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • Passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals
  • Strong relationship builders
  • Comfortable generating business through networking and referrals
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer outcomes

Essential Requirements

  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification, or willingness to achieve it
  • Minimum one year's mortgage advice experience under MCOB regulations, or experience from a related industry with highly transferable skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own business activity
