Personal Trainer - London

Self-employed, £33 to £45 per hour

About Strength House:

Strength House is a specialist exercise rehabilitation facility in the heart of the City of London. Our clients are professionals who come to us with injuries, persistent niggles, and unresolved pain - usually after trying multiple treatments and other traditional methods that haven’t worked.

Our approach is assessment-led and grounded in physics: joint mechanics, force, torque, and moment arms. It is closer to clinical practice than to commercial gym training and it is why a lot of our clients stay with us long-term.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Personal Trainer to join us on a self-employed basis, delivering one-to-one rehabilitation and strength sessions to an established client base.

A reliable 6:30am start is essential - early mornings are the busiest and most important part of our day.

Your diary from day one. You'll be given clients, filling your early morning slots - no cold starting, no chasing, no marketing. Remaining slots fill over time and until they do your spare hours go into structured in-house education.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Get:

  • An established client base from day one. Committed City professionals who book in blocks and turn up.

  • Understand and implement personalized training programmes with guidance from the senior team.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with clients to support motivation, progress, and long-term retention.
