The Allen Collection is expanding and we're looking for ambitious, driven property professionals to join our growing team.
If you're already working in estate agency, property or sales and you're looking for a bigger opportunity, a stronger personal brand and the potential to significantly increase your earnings, we'd love to hear from you. This is an opportunity to work within a media-first real estate brand, access direct developer stock and direct mentorship, and build a long-term career in residential and off-plan property.
What You'll Get From Us:

- Founder-led leadership: from a founder who has worked across independent, corporate and hybrid agencies, with hands-on experience across high-performing residential and off-plan property sales.
- Flexibility: work across residential sales and off-plan property, giving you the flexibility to develop your own client base and income.
- Private Global Network: alongside experienced agents as you build your pipeline, develop relationships and complete your first transactions with us.
- Commission: uncapped earning potential, with commission up to 75%.

What We're Looking For:
- Experienced estate agents, property consultants or sales professionals
- Individuals with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional and personable approach
- Ambition to build a successful long-term career in property
- Resilience, drive and a strong work ethic
- A genuine interest in residential and off-plan property
- The ambition to build your own reputation, network and personal brand
- Comfortable being self-employed and holding your own PRS, AML and ICO registration
