π SELF-EMPLOYED PROPERTY INSPECTOR β TAURGO
Β£30 per property | Flexible work | Growth opportunities
Taurgo is growing, and we're looking for reliable, detail-focused Property Inspectors to join our expanding network across the UK.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in property, lettings, inventories, inspections or surveying who wants flexible, self-employed work with the opportunity to grow with an innovative property technology business.
π· What you'll earn
- Β£30 per completed property inspection
- The more properties you complete, the more you can earn.
- As Taurgo grows, there will also be opportunities to take on more inspections, additional responsibilities and potentially develop your role within the Taurgo network.
π What you'll be doing
- Attend residential and/or commercial properties
- Carry out detailed property inspections
- Record the condition of the property
- Take clear, accurate photographs
- Identify and document visible defects or issues
- Capture relevant property information
- Complete inspections using Taurgo's digital platform
- Submit accurate reports within the required timeframe
- Represent Taurgo professionally when dealing with clients and occupants

π€ We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and professional
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Confident visiting properties and communicating with clients/occupants
- Able to take clear photographs and accurately record information
- Experienced in property, lettings, surveying, inventories or a related field (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and digital technology
- Able to travel to properties within their chosen area
