About the opportunity
This role is designed for recruiters who already know they're good at this. You've topped the board, you've carried a desk, and you've watched a split table decide how much of your own performance you actually get to keep.
Most top billers reach the same point eventually: the work isn't the hard part anymore, the arithmetic is. Every strong month proves what you're capable of, and every payslip reminds you how much of it goes somewhere else. This opportunity closes that gap — your billing and your income sit on the same side of the table.
You'll be joining Myn as an independent Recruitment Partner, bringing your existing client relationships with you if you have them, and keeping the freedom to build further from there — without giving up the infrastructure that made you effective in the first place.
What you'll be doing
- Manage your own recruitment desk end-to-end: business development, client management, candidate sourcing, screening, and closing placements.
- Build and grow a client base within your chosen specialism, including bringing existing client relationships across where you have them.
- Source, qualify, and manage candidates through the full process, from first approach to placement and beyond.
- Negotiate terms, fees, and offers directly with clients and candidates.
- Develop long-term client and candidate relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Manage your pipeline and daily activity through Myn's AI-powered CRM, which advertises vacancies, drafts proposals, and surfaces pre-qualified candidates for you.
- Draw on Myn's compliance, payroll, and operational support as needed, so your time stays focused on billing rather than admin.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What we're looking for
We're interested in recruiters with a proven billing track record who are ready to back themselves.
You'll have:
- A strong, demonstrable billing history — ideally with a run of consistent or top performance at agency, MSP, or RPO level.
- Existing client relationships you'd be confident bringing across, or the credibility to build new ones quickly.
- Confidence closing at pace, without needing every process mapped out in advance.
- A track record of managing full delivery cycles, from sourcing through to placement, under your own steam.
- The self-belief to work independently, alongside the judgement to know when to lean on support rather than grind through alone.
This role suits recruiters who've already proved themselves inside someone else's structure and are ready to prove it again on their own terms — keeping the clients and reputation they've already built.
What you'll receive
- Flexible remote working, with the ability to work as many or as few hours as suits you.
- An AI-powered CRM and recruitment platform that groups and advertises vacancies for you, writes proposals, and delivers pre-qualified candidates straight into your talent pool.
- A commission structure built so your billing and your take-home finally move together.
- Fully supported compliance, payroll, and administration, handled for you.
- Marketing and operational support, so growing your desk doesn't mean growing your admin.
- If you'd rather focus purely on recruiting, you can work exclusively on opportunities generated by Myn for a high-commission return, without the expectation of developing your own client base, because the groundwork, from lead to pre-qualified candidate, is already done for you.
- The infrastructure of an agency, without handing over the majority of what you earn to run it.
