We’re looking for a Self-Employed Regional Supervisor to join our growing ATA North team, supporting our delivery operations across the Glasgow area, including Eurocentral, Tannochside, and Cumbernauld.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with drivers, clients, and warehouse teams to keep everything running smoothly.
Rate: £110 per day + future incentives for growth
Vehicle: Vehicle supplied with fuel card for operational use
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing daily driver dispatch and rotas
- Supporting and communicating with drivers
- Monitoring performance and KPIs
- Overseeing vehicle allocation and compliance
- Supporting warehouse and client operations
- Helping drivers with on-road issues when needed
- Supporting health & safety, compliance, and training
- Keeping the Operations Leader updated on daily activity

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to have done exactly the same role before, but you’ll ideally have experience in logistics, transport, or delivery operations.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised and reliable
- Confident communicating with people
- Good at solving problems
- Comfortable managing drivers and busy operations
- Hands-on and happy to get stuck in
- KPI and performance focused
- A full UK driving licence holder
- Comfortable working on a self-employed basis
