About the Vibe at Spark Solar

Let’s be honest—most solar sales roles promise the world but deliver bad leads, endless door-knocking, and a calendar you have to piece together yourself.

We don't operate like that.

At Spark Solar, we are actively redefining standards in the residential solar space. We don't do generic, off-the-shelf systems; we curate bespoke, high-performance setups that prioritise quality, durability, and maximum ROI for the homeowner.

We are looking for high-performing, self-employed Solar Consultants across the GL and SN postcode areas who want to stop hunting for business and focus entirely on what they do best: building rapport, assessing needs, and closing deals.

What's in it For You?

  • Real, Qualified Leads: Our back-office marketing team handles the heavy lifting, providing pre-booked, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners who have already requested a consultation. Zero cold calling required.
  • We Manage the Logistics: You don't have to stress about planning your own routes or fighting for appointments. Our dedicated team fully manages your diary, books the leads, and routes you efficiently. Whether you're navigating the M5 corridor between Gloucester and Tewkesbury, cutting across the A417/A419 through the Cotswolds, or cruising along the M4 belt between Swindon, Marlborough, and Chippenham, you just show up and close.
  • Upfront Fuel Allowance: We want you to succeed from day one. To help you find your feet while you build momentum, we provide a £200 per week fuel allowance for your first 4–6 weeks (depending on your specific area and days worked).
  • Serious Earning Potential: We offer a highly competitive, commission-only structure with a realistic OTE of £65k+. Top performers easily leverage our premium product range to earn well beyond this.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
