Role Description

This is a full-time Self Managed Sales role based in United Kingdom with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The role involves proactively identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting outreach, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing. The individual will maintain and grow client relationships, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience at every stage. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs

The role also includes continuously improving sales techniques, staying informed about market trends, and participating in occasional in-person meetings or trainings in United Kingdom.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, with experience meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Training and coaching abilities to support knowledge sharing, onboarding, or skill development within the sales function.
  • Sales Management capabilities, such as planning pipelines, setting priorities, and self-managing performance and metrics.

Additional beneficial qualifications include:

  • Experience in hybrid or field sales roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfort working with minimal supervision

A background in sales, business development, or account management in any sector is preferred; relevant vocational training or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
