Seller Experience & Engagement Manager - Marketplace

Zachary Daniels are proud to be representing a leading consumer goods brand in the search for a Seller Experience & Engagement Manager to help shape the experience of sellers across its growing online marketplace.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in marketplaces, seller success, partner management, merchant engagement or B2B communications who is looking for greater ownership and visibility.
You'll be the voice of the marketplace to its sellers - and the voice of sellers within the business. From communications and events to feedback and satisfaction, you'll ensure sellers feel informed, supported and motivated to grow.
The Role
You'll own the seller engagement programme, creating a clear and consistent experience across communications, events, feedback and seller support.
Working closely with Marketplace, Commercial, Digital Trading, Operations and Technology teams, you'll build seller engagement while ensuring feedback is heard and acted upon.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the seller communications calendar across newsletters, announcements, campaigns and key trading periods.
- Creating clear, engaging communications that simplify complex information.
- Planning and delivering seller webinars, forums, events and community initiatives.
- Measuring seller satisfaction and sentiment through surveys and feedback.
- Turning seller feedback into actionable insight for internal teams.
- Driving seller participation in trading opportunities, promotions and campaigns.
- Tailoring engagement for different seller groups, from major brands to independent businesses.
- Working with Account Management to maintain high standards of seller engagement.
- Coordinating communications across Marketplace, Compliance and Commercial teams.
- Maintaining seller-facing guides, FAQs and help content.
- Reporting on engagement, participation, feedback and satisfaction.

What we're looking for
You don't need to have done this exact job before.
You may currently be a Seller Success Manager, Marketplace Manager, Partner Manager, Merchant Manager, Senior Account Manager, Seller Engagement Manager, Partner Marketing Manager or Marketplace Consultant looking for broader ownership.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience working with sellers, merchants, partners or B2B customers within marketplace, ecommerce or retail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to make complex information clear and engaging.
- Experience managing seller or partner relationships.
- Exposure to communications, webinars, events or community programmes.
- A strong understanding of seller needs and customer experience.
- Confidence influencing teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
- A data-led approach to feedback, satisfaction and engagement.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Experience with marketplace platforms, CRM tools, email marketing or seller portals would be useful but isn't essential.
