Education World Recruitment

Here at Education World we are excited to be recruiting for a special education school for students with SEMH and ASD to start in September 2026.

Are you a graduate in psychology or criminology?

Are you looking to build invaluable skills for your future aspirations in psychology, psychotherapy or working with young people?

Do you need some experience to help you decide which path you wish to go down?

This position offers a great opportunity to add to your portfolio by working with young people who present mental health difficulties, neuro-diversity and challenging behaviours. If you want to mentor, support and inspire young people in education this could be the perfect job for you.

The students at this provision attend here as the mainstream education setting is not quite suitable for their needs. They benefit from smaller class sizes, a specialist curriculum, and a bespoke structure with understanding teachers and mentors so that they engage and thrive during their every day school life.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
