We’re working with a long-established firm of Chartered Accountants in the Milton Keynes area that is looking to recruit a Semi-Senior Accountant to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around three years’ UK accountancy practice experience who enjoys working with owner-managed businesses and is keen to continue developing their career in a supportive, friendly environment.

The Role
- Preparing year-end accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.
- Preparing management accounts.
- Bookkeeping and VAT returns.
- Assisting with payroll where required.
- Supporting managers with client work and responding to day-to-day queries.
- Some exposure to audit assignments.
We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Has around three years’ experience within a UK accountancy practice.
- Is AAT qualified or studying towards ACA or ACCA.
- Has experience preparing accounts for a range of clients.
- Has good bookkeeping and VAT knowledge.
- Enjoys building relationships with clients and working as part of a close-knit team.
- Is keen to continue learning and developing their career.
