It’s a bold statement but it’s backed up by just how impressive the firm is and the opportunities they can offer their staff.
Whether you’re motivated by career progression, study support, company benefits or simply the office environment this firm has all of them covered:
Career – There are no broken promises here, and absolute transparency for everyone. There are structured levels for you to move through, each one comes with an increase in salary, benefits and responsibilities. You speak with your manager regularly to talk about where you and your career currently is…where you want to get to…and how they support you to get there. The goal posts are never moved, and you always know where you stand.
Study Support – A comprehensive study package which offers time off, internal support from managers and regular reviews to ensure that anything you are struggling with in the classroom you are given exposure to in the workplace to make it easier for you to relate to. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
