Semi-senior Accountant | Advisory & Accounting Practice | London (Paddington) | £40,000
This is your opportunity to join a growing and entrepreneurial accounting and consulting firm in a broad, hands-on semi-senior Accountant role.
Working across a diverse client base, you’ll take ownership of management accounts, bookkeeping, reporting and compliance, while acting as a key point of contact for clients. This is a varied position offering genuine responsibility and broad exposure across multiple areas of accounting.
Working closely with teams across the UK and UAE, you’ll support a range of accounting requirements while helping improve processes and ways of working.

About the role:
- Preparation and review of management accounts
- Hands-on bookkeeping and oversight of accounting accuracy
- Supporting year-end processes and audit coordination
- Acting as a key contact for client queries and accounting matters
- Supporting VAT, compliance and wider finance requirements
- Helping improve reporting, processes and efficiency
About you:
- 4+ years’ accounting experience within practice or industry
- Strong bookkeeping and management accounting experience
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong Excel and cloud accounting systems experience (Xero, QuickBooks or Sage)
- Strong communicator with a client-focused approach
- Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership
