Junior or Semi Senior Accountant

A boutique accountancy practice in Hertfordshire is looking to recruit a Junior or Semi Senior Accountant to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone studying AAT or at the early stages of ACCA who is keen to develop their technical skills, build client relationships and progress within practice.

Role Overview

The role will involve:

  • Preparing accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.
  • Liaising directly with clients, responding to queries and building strong working relationships.
  • Assisting with the preparation of accounts and supporting compliance work.
  • Working closely with experienced colleagues to develop technical knowledge and gain exposure to a broad range of accounting matters.
  • Taking on increasing responsibility as experience grows, with the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of accounts in time.
