We're currently recruiting Semi-Skilled Operatives for a long-term commercial fit-out project in Banbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity for practical, hands-on individuals looking for consistent work with excellent rates of pay. If you're confident using hand and power tools, assembling furniture, and working from drawings or instructions, we'd love to hear from you.

- Building and assembling office furniture
- Setting up work areas and preparing locations for installation works
- Measuring and marking out locations using drawings and instructions
- Assisting with general site preparation and commercial fit-out activities
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Supporting supervisors and project teams as required
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a semi-skilled, fit-out, construction, installation, or maintenance role
- Practical, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and follow drawings, measurements, and instructions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
- CSCS Card beneficial but not essential
