Description

Be more than an educator. Be the reason a young person believes in a brighter future.

For young people with SEN and SEMH needs, attending school can feel impossible. Too many people, too many challenges and too little support can leave them unwilling or unable to attend.

At Fresh Start in Education, we’re looking for experienced, proactive, person-centred people to plan and deliver fun, personalised learning sessions on a 1:1 basis with young people with SEN or SEMH needs in the Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire areas. Whether it’s going to the shops to explore Maths, unlocking their imagination through fiction and art, or using a trip out to uncover the wonders of Science, you’ll spark curiosity, confidence and a sense of hope, enabling students to rediscover the joy of learning in a way that works for them. One learner, one relationship, one small step at a time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
