SEN Maths Teacher - ASAP Start
Ealing Borough | £180-£250 per day DOE (umbrella) | Parking available
A highly inclusive and forward-thinking specialist setting in the Ealing borough is seeking an experienced SEN Maths Teacher for an immediate start. The school is known for its nurturing ethos, strong pastoral culture, and a Senior Leadership Team who are genuinely supportive, visible, and committed to removing barriers to learning.
This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who thrives in specialist environments and enjoys shaping learning for pupils with complex needs. You will have the freedom to design and adapt your own Maths curriculum, ensuring it is ambitious, accessible, and engaging for learners across a range of abilities.

The Role
- Deliver high-quality Maths teaching to pupils with a range of SEN needs
- Adapt and personalise the curriculum to meet individual learning profiles
- Create engaging, scaffolded lessons that promote confidence and independence
- Work closely with the SEN team, therapists, and support staff
- Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Track progress and implement strategies that secure strong outcomes
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Good to Outstanding classroom practice
- Strong SEN experience (ASD, SEMH, MLD, ADHD, or complex needs)
- Confident adapting teaching for diverse learning needs
- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Passion for inclusive education and removing barriers to learning
