About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our talented KS1 SEND team. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work as part of our inclusion team within our internal SEND provision spaces and alongside class teachers and other professionals to support pupils' learning and development. We are looking for someone who:

Qualifications and Experience
Ideally candidates will have NVQ Level 3 in supporting Teaching and Learning or the equivalent, while a good level of numeracy and literacy is essential (GCSE Grade C/4 and above or equivalent). Previous experience of working with children, particularly those with additional needs, would be advantageous. Enthusiasm, commitment and the ability to form positive relationships are equally important.
Job Details
The role will be permanent, 30 hours per week Monday to Friday, inclusive of INSET days, from 08:40 to 15:25 with an unpaid 15-minute mid-morning break and an unpaid 30-minute lunch break. The position will be paid on Band C point 8 - 14, currently £26,824 – £29,540 (pay award pending) pro rata dependant on qualifications and experience.
