We’re Looking for Classroom Support Staff Who:
- Believe every child can progress in meaningful ways.
- Are patient, flexible, and open to new approaches.
- Are calm and solution focused.
- Value teamwork and reflective practice.
- Want to grow professionally with ongoing training and support.
Experience in special education is welcome but not essential—attitude, curiosity, and commitment matter most.
The role will be to provide teaching and learning support under the direction of the class teacher. For this post we require someone who is motivated, hardworking and flexible.
