SEN TA - Full-Time Opportunity

£95-£105 per day | Reading | Monday-Friday

Are you a passionate SEN TA looking for your next opportunity in education? We're working with a fantastic selection of welcoming and inclusive schools across Reading that are seeking enthusiastic professionals to support pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and challenging behaviour.

As an SEN TA, you'll play an important role in helping pupils build confidence, develop independence and engage positively with their learning. You'll provide personalised support both inside and outside the classroom, making a genuine difference to children's educational journeys.

The ideal SEN TA will have

  • Previous experience as an Early Years, KS1 or KS2 Teaching Assistant, or in an SEN TA role
  • A patient, caring and flexible approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
