The Role - SEN Teacher
I am recruiting for an SEN Teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons to a small class of pupils with special educational needs. You will adapt your teaching to suit pupils' individual abilities, following their EHCP targets and supporting their academic, social, and emotional development. You will work closely with teaching assistants to create a structured and supportive classroom. The ideal SEN Teacher will be patient, adaptable, and confident supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour. This role would also suit a mainstream teacher looking to move into SEN.
