Fromefield Manor School
Fromefield Manor School is a new SEN school (opened 9/24) located in central Frome, Somerset and is a special school for up to 30 pupils, aged 11-19 who have a diagnosis of autism with associated complex needs. Aspris already operate 5 successful SEN schools in the area, and as a Teacher you will have the support and the expertise of our associated partner schools to ensure high quality, resourcing and training for all our new colleagues.
We Are Looking to Recruit an Outstanding Teacher
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and committed person who will expand the learning experiences of our pupils. The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher and ideally have experience of teaching and supporting young people within SEN.

As a SEN Teacher, You Will
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual need.
- Teach using a stage-not-age approach, ensuring learning matches each student’s developmental level.
- Support students to develop core knowledge and functional skills leading to appropriate accreditation pathways.
- Build confidence, resilience and independence through structured and creative teaching approaches.
- Monitor, assess and track student progress in line with EHCP outcomes.
- Provide a safe, inclusive, nurturing, and appropriately adapted learning environment that meets the diverse educational, sensory, communication, and emotional needs of all pupils.

- Is a qualified teacher with experience in SEN or inclusive education.
- Has a strong understanding of teaching diverse learners.
- Can adapt learning creatively to meet a wide range of needs.
- Is committed to personalised learning and achieving the best outcomes for every student.
- Has excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
