Teacher at Tadley Court School

Tadley Court School, a specialist school with an Ofsted rating of Good and Outstanding features, is located in a beautiful semi-rural setting with four acres of well-maintained grounds. We are a day school dedicated to the education and care of children and young people aged 4 to 19 years with a formal Autism diagnosis and either Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) or Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). Our school delivers values-led education with a strong referral stream and is known for its career progression routes and family-ethos. We are set to continue our development ahead of the new academic year in September 2027.

About the Role

We are seeking a Teacher to join our successful and forward-thinking school. All of our students have Autism and Severe Learning Difficulties and require patient staff willing to use a holistic and therapeutic approach. You will work in an enthusiastic and supportive phase that challenges students to be as independent as possible in their learning and communication. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching some of the most vulnerable students in society and a real will to make a difference to their lives and their families.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
