This is an exciting time to join our local, community-focused trust. Our Post-14 provision at our Monkmoor site tailors learning for SLD and PMLD learners with a focus on life-skills and community engagement.

Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a teacher colleague as part of the Post-14 team, teaching a range of subjects across the week to the SLD/PMLD cohort.
- The successful candidate will be passionate about enabling learners to access their community and build the skills they need to be as independent as possible in their adult lives.
- They will be an excellent communicator and be skilled at building positive relationships with learners and their families.
- It is vital that the potential candidate has a can-do attitude and is committed to their own personal development in an ever-changing landscape of SEND.
