About The Role

At our specialist school, you'll do far more than teach a curriculum. You'll help young people overcome barriers, celebrate achievements that others thought impossible, and build the confidence they need to succeed both in school and beyond.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our incredible team. Whether your background is in primary or secondary education, if you're passionate about adapting learning, building meaningful relationships and helping every pupil achieve their potential, we'd love to hear from you.

Every day is different. Every success is worth celebrating. Every child deserves someone who believes in them.

What you will be doing

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe, confident and ready to learn.
  • Create an inclusive classroom where every achievement is recognised and celebrated.
  • Develop and review personalised learning plans, including IEPs and behaviour support strategies.
  • Monitor progress, identify next steps and celebrate every milestone.
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, families and external professionals to provide exceptional support.
  • Promote positive behaviour through consistency, understanding and high expectations.
  • Safeguard the wellbeing of every pupil and help create a nurturing learning environment.

What You Will Bring

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in SEND provision.
  • Passionate about inclusive education and committed to helping every child succeed.
  • Creative, adaptable and able to tailor teaching to a range of learning needs.
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Committed to continuous professional development and delivering outstanding teaching.
  • Driving licence required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
