About the Role
Looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant role where you can actually settle into a school and make an impact?
Long Term Futures is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants across West London, with multiple long-term opportunities available in Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Westminster.
We're looking for experienced SEN TAs as well as graduates and support workers with relevant experience who want to build a career working with children with additional needs.
Roles Available
Opportunities range across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, including:
- 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant roles
- Autism (ASD) support
- Speech, Language & Communication Needs
- SEMH and behaviour support
- ADHD and attention needs
- Non-verbal and communication support
- Small-group SEN interventions
- General classroom support with SEN responsibility

Who We're Looking For
You'll ideally have experience supporting children or young people with SEN, ASD, ADHD, SEMH or speech and language needs.
We're also keen to hear from Psychology graduates, youth workers, Behaviour Mentors, sports coaches and care/support workers looking to transfer their experience into a primary school.
You should be patient, proactive and confident building positive relationships with pupils who may require consistent, individualised support.
