SEN Teaching Assistants Required: Specialist Schools near Soham

We are recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for daily and long-term roles at wonderful specialist schools near Soham and the surrounding areas.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (experience with non-verbal communication, sensory processing, or positive behaviour de-escalation strategies is highly valued).
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with class teachers, therapists, and support staff.
  • An adaptable mindset, ready to step into different classrooms and quickly build a safe, positive rapport with pupils.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness for one).
