SEN Teaching Assistants Required: Specialist Schools near Soham

We are recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for daily and long-term roles at wonderful specialist schools near Soham and the surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for experienced SEND professionals, care or support workers looking to transition into a school environment, or individuals with a genuine passion for supporting children with complex needs, including Autism (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (experience with non-verbal communication, sensory processing, or positive behaviour de-escalation strategies is highly valued).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with class teachers, therapists, and support staff.
- An adaptable mindset, ready to step into different classrooms and quickly build a safe, positive rapport with pupils.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness for one).
